2022 Domaine in Black 'Completement' Red

Pinot noir from two parcels with vines between 19 and 26 years old. Fermented as whole bunches before being pressed off to barrel. This was a warmer vintage so you'll see some riper fruit qualities than the last vintage

Winemaker Lambert Spielmann's winery is located in the village of Saint Pierre in Alsace, France. He's been certified organic since 1997 and also works with biodynamics principles on his two hectares of vineyards. No fining, filtration or additions in any of the wines.
