2022 Claude & Etienne Courtois 'Quartz' White

Sauvignon Blanc & Menu Pineau from fifteen-year-old vines planted on limestone. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in neutral wood then spent two years there. This wine is a stunner, and can definitely age a few years thanks to the acidity.
