2021 Coup de Jus 'Space Monkey' White Blend

Coup de Jus is a side project that was started by Géraud of Domaine des Marnes Blanches. He sources grapes from his friends in other regions of France and creates fun fresh wines. This cuvée comes from old vine Auxerrois & Pinot Blanc planted on limestone in Alsace. The grapes were whole cluster pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation and a ten-month élevage.
