A relative newcomer to natural wine making, Adrien Dacquin sells grapes to a number of producers including Savoie superstar Jean-Yves Peron and Auvergne producer Patrick Bouju. Now we are lucky enough to have some of his wines fermented in egg-shaped fiberglass vessels!
