2021 Domaine Einhart 'Puls'art' Skin Fermented Gewurztraminer

Gewurztraminer grapes were fullydestemmed, then macerated on the skins for around 8 days. The juice was then aged in large Alsatian foudre for 6 months. This wine is textural and floral with ripe stone fruit.
