Coup de Jus is a side project that was started by Géraud of Domaine des Marnes Blanches. He sources grapes from his friends in other regions of France and creates fun fresh wines. This cuvée is made from Grenache with 2 week cold carbonic maceration, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Fruity and light and clocking in at 10% alc.
