MV Binner 'Verdammi' Cherry/Sylvaner Pet Nat

Fruit is harvested by hand and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Sylvaner from 2022 is spontaneously fermented on indigenous yeast, co-fermented for 10 days with 5% macerated cherries and a touch of water for balance. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle. Unfiltered, undisgorged.
