1/3 ecologically farmed Pinot Noir grapes from Morning Mist Vineyards (following organic, no-till farming methods, but considering ecological ecosystems). 2/3 biodynamically farmed Mountain Rose apples from Mt. Hood Organics.

This sparkling is a conferment of 1/3 Pinot Noir and 2/3 apples. Fermented dry on native yeasts, bottled as a petnat unfined & unfiltered. Zero/zero.
