Made with local organic duck eggs, these egg noodles are just about as rich and delicious as something made with two ingredients can get.

Made in the shape called "Mafalda", "Reginette", or "Scarabocchio", they are perfect and rich enough to hold up to your big short rib ragus, bologneses, rich porcini sugos, and even a Ramen broth, yet simple enough to enjoy with butter and Parm.  In 2024, these Duck Egg Noodles were named a Finalist for a Good Food Award by the Good Food Foundation, an organization committed to preserving, promoting, and amplifying the best packaged food products in the United States.
