“This is pinot gris, marsanne, roussane, picpoul blanc, counoise, grenache, zinfandel, sagrantino, and mourvedre cofermented on skins for 7 days, hand punched down twice a day, bottled as free run at .3 brix then bottle fermented and aged on lees in bottle. The grenache and zin were over ripe, the pinot gris and sag were ripe, everything else was a little under ripe. The picpoul blanc brings the acidity and the pinot gris' tropicalia really comes through.”
