Campanelli, meaning "little bells," is perhaps the most beautiful-shaped pasta we make. A bit more tender and delicate than some of our other pastas, this shape lends itself well to sauces on the easier end of hearty. Perfect for Sugo alla Norma, or a simple Pasta Marinara, this shape works well for Pest Pasta Salad and baked pastas alike. As always, bronze dies leave the surface roughened and perfect for absorbing more sauce.
