2023 Nicolas Carmarans 'Josette' Fer Servadou

100% estate Fer Servadou from biodynamically farmed vines in a vineyard that looks over the Selves river in the Mauvais Temps vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested, carbonically macerated, pressed and aged in neutral vessel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additions. Its light, fruity and savory. A great wine for a light chill but also quite the serious wine.
