2022 Harvest of a variety of dry farmed apples from Sebastapol and Corrallitos, predominantly Newtown Pippins, Arkansas Black, Golden’s, and Jonathan’s. Pressed with wild quince from Petaluma and the Santa Cruz mountains. Fermented and aged in french oak for 12 months, with bi-monthly battonage. A small amount of Goldens/Northern
Spy apples and wild quince juice from 2023 harvest was blended at
bottling.

Conditioned in bottle since Nov 7th 2023.
