2020 Du Vin Aux Liens 'Guet Apens' Sylvaner Blend

Sylvaner 40%, Muscat Ottonel 30%, Riesling 10%, Pinot Gris 10%, Gewurztraminer 10% direct pressed and aged in neutral barrel for 12 months. This wine has some aged and its a really textural soft wine but still has the acidity you'd expect for an Alsatian white.
