2023 Corentin Houillon 'Zenith' Skin Fermented White Blend

A blend of the highest quality white grapes, destemmed and macerated for 3 weeks and aged in large barrel 

Corentin Houillon comes from a family of very talented winemakers. He is the the nephew of Manu Houillon, winemaker of legendary Jura domaine Maison Pierre Overnoy. He has recently taken over farming of the vineyards in Savoie and we are very excited for the future of this young winemaker!
