MV Sablonnettes 'Les Copains D`Abord' Rouge Blend

A blend of Groslot (aka Grolleau) Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Gamay.

Grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed – the reds undergo a short maceration. The wine rests in tanks for six months before it is blended and bottled. 

Tasting Note: A cloudy ruby in the glass with layers of cherry pit and plum. The palate has loads of dark red fruit flavors boosted by scintillating minerality and silken folds of acidity. This is a complex and vibrant red wine.
