2024 No Control 'Sigma' Red/White Field Blend

Sigma is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from the Auvergne with Gewürztraminer and Sylvaner from Alsace. The white grapes are pressed direct and the Pinot and Gamay are infused whole bunch in the juice for about a week.

This wine is best served with a little chill, it tastes like ruby red grapefruit Juice and tart raspberries.
