2023 Dorsal 'Creosote' Skin Fermented Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris from Anderson Valley's Mendocino.  

Filigreen Farm at the deep end of the valley. Surrounded by redwoods and lush maritime fog twice daily, on the banks of Navarro river on its way to Pacific. 
Fruit de-stemmed and macerated with whole clusters on bottom for 8 nights before pressed to tank. 

Savory hibiscus & cherry skins, harmony of vegetation, lava moon.
