2024 Donati Lambrusco Frizzante dell'Emilia

Classic, purple fruited Lambrusco.

Grapes are biodynamically farmed in Emilia-Romagna from 20-30 year-old vines. Hand-harvested, and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel with a short maceration prior to pressing. Refermented in bottle with the addition of frozen must from the same wine. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur.
