2024 Domaine Balansa 'Sabari' Vermentino

 A rich and textural white wine with flavors of the sea as well as ripe sun kissed fruit. 100% Vermentino from the Aude in Southern France. The grapes are biodynamic and everything is picked by hand. The grapes are direct pressed with minimal sulfur additions. A perfect white wine.
