2023 Unturned Stone 'Moonwater' White

A moon powered blend of Chardonnay from the historic Lolonis Vineyard in Redwood Valley, Sauvignon Musqué from the beautiful biodynamic Vecino Vineyard in Potter Valley.  We rack our wines and top our barrels according to the lunar calendar paying attention to when the moon is waxing/waning and how this effects the temperament of the wine.  Custard, lime and honey aromatics give way to notes of honeycomb, butterscotch, kiwi and a hint of quinine on the palate.
