2023 Skyaasen Pernand‑Vergelesses

Joachim Skyaasen is a one-man micro-negoce in a tiny cellar in the heart of the town of Meursault. The whites are direct pressed and lees-aged with minimum sulphur added as the cellar warms up in the summer. The reds are whole cluster, partial carbonic fermented, and lightly sulphured at bottling. No pump in the cellar.
