2023 Scintilla 'Elektrik' Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Scintilla is quickly running up the ranks of our favorite Aussie producers. The wines are clean, precise and razor sharp. The Chardonnay brings the texture while the Sauvignon Blanc adds a grassy, fresh finish. The Chard spends some time on the skins but this wine is more of a white than a skin ferment.
