2023 AMI Bourgogne Blanc

Certified Organic Chardonnay from Burgundy. Grapes come from 3 hectares of old organic vineyards planted on clay and limestone soils. Grapes are direct pressed and left to settle overnight. Fermented slowly, at low temperatures, in neutral oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in used oak barrels. This wine has a rich texture with ripe tropical fruits like pineapple & mango with some warm spice and candied citrus.
