A blend of Pinot Blanc & Sauvignon Blanc from Moravia in the Czech Republic. Grapes are hand-picked and direct pressed. Fermented and matured in French oaks. No filtration, no clarification. Zero added sulfur. Fresh and textural wine with flavors or saline, kiwi and tart citrus.
