2021 Maria & Sepp Muster 'Graf Morillon' Chardonnay

These are hands down some of the best wines coming out of Styria. We purchase and drink these wines whenever we can get our hands on them. This cuvee is a rare vineyard designate showcasing deep, garnet-hued Chardonnay (locally called Morillon) from older vines, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in large oak vats. Aged 18 months in neutral barrels with minimal sulfur after bâtonnage, it reveals structured texture and minerality.
