100% Fortified Chardonnay from Searby Vineyards. Direct press Chard fortified with brandy. The brandy was infused with organic local produce. Fresh Dandelion, bay leaf, nasturtium & Pomelo peel. Dryer, more herbaceous less fruity than Booker’s previous batch of Vermouth. More for a martini than a spritz.
