MV Domaine Bohn Cremant d'Alsace

This pure Cremant is made in a Brut style with 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Noir (40 year old vines). Slow pneumatic press and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and aged 9 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling for secondary fermentation. Aged on the lees for 18 months before being disgorged.
