2021 Lesom 'Lesomnia' Sparkling Dry Riesling

This sparkling wine goes above and beyond. 100% biodynamically cultivated Riesling from a mix of their 8 sites throughout the Mosel. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel prior to bottling with no dosage a in Methode Champenoise. It is aged 2 years in bottle. Disgorged, unfined, unfiltered, no additions. This is a stunner.
