La Narval Small Sardines in Olive Oil

We work with Sardina pilchardus, considered the finest and most prized species for its quality. It’s caught in the Mediterranean Sea using small-scale coastal fleets, ensuring responsible resource management. We select the smallest ones for a more delicate bite. Each sardine is cleaned by hand, one by one, and then toasted. A traditional process that makes all the difference, giving them an exceptional texture.
