2023 Controcorrente 'Sulle Bucce' Skin Fermented

40% Carricante, 40% Cataratto, 10% Grillo, 10% Trebbiano from the Volcanic soils of Mount Etna, Sicily. Graoes come from a mix of 10 to 60 year old vines. Grapes are macerated separately; 10 days for Grillo and Trebbiano, 5 days for Cataratto, and 2 days for Carricante and then blended and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Small sulfur addition at bottling.
