Sqirl Blueberry & Tarragon Jam

Sweet acid berry, anise, citrus. Forbidden Fruit Orchards produces exquisite Jewel and High Bush varieties of blueberries organically—one of the rare farms to do so in California. Refraining from growing blueberries that are shelf stable/market friendly, instead they pick to order opting for flavor over portability. We only use blueberries from Forbidden Fruit Orchards and we're proud to do so. Modeled after our go-to blueberry cobbler recipe, the combination of summertime blues and freshly picked tarragon just seem to go together, like old friends. One of Sqirl's original jam recipes that has stood the test of time.
