2023 Le Temps Retrouve 'Rencontre' Rose

Céline and Michaël’s domaine is situated in Laroque des Albères in the 'blue mountains of piedmont' as the slopes around Banyuls and Port Vendres are called. Located in the Roussillon region of France. Michaël has a couple of horses that help him the steep vineyards (Goliath & Paco). Rencontre Rose is made with direct pressed Tempranillo & Merlot with whole bunches of Muscat infused into the juice then pressed together. Its fruity, salty and fresh and reminds us of fruit punch gatorade.
