2023 Dorsal 'Krill' Red Blend

70% Primitivo + 30% Sauvignon Blanc from Sierra Foothills + Mendocino. Granitic/volcanic and wallow/sandstone soils. Primitivo lovingly farmed in the Sierra Foothills by Diego Luis Perez. Sauvignon Blanc from Yorkville Highlands (same fruit as in the Estuary, so sweet to have them side by side!)

Both fruits foot stomped & macerated for two nights before being pressed together to tank for fermentation. 

Ethereal berries, alert electricity, prickly pear & salt rose petal typhoon. Forest and coast as roaring as it gets.
