2023 Damien Bureau 'Paloma' Red Blend

A blend of 40% Grolleau, 40% Gamay, and 20% Pineau d’Aunis from Damien’s own vines in Anjou. The fruit was harvested separately and left to ferment in whole bunches. All the juice was then blended for a short aging before bottling. The resulting wine is light and bright, showing just a touch of spice from the Pineau d’Aunis.
