2019 Paolo Bea 'Pipparello' Montefalco Rosso Riserva

‘Pipparello’ is a blend of Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Montepulciano from Paolio Bea's Umbrian vineyards. Paolo Bea has been making wine in this region for decades. This wine can be cellared or enjoyed now, we'd just suggest a decant and to let the wine breathe for about an hour. Farming is organic and biodynamic, and everything—from harvest to bottling—is done by hand, with zero chemical intervention and minimal sulfur.
