This garganelli is made with piquillo peppers from Spain and roasted red pepper strips, pureed and added to organic domestic semolina. Extruded with brass and bronze dies, the roughened surface will be extra grabby on whatever sauce you choose to pair with it. The color becoming more vibrant when cooked, this is a beautiful pasta that's delicious and unique!
