2020 Art & Science 'Quercus Alba' Cider

White Oak Orchard is a 36-year-old orchard growing fruit organically and biodynamically in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Varieties: Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Bortlinger and Judeline cider apple varieties. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in barrel and aged in oak for 15 months. No sulfites or added sugar. 

Flavors of Meyer lemons, fresh apples, oranges, and oaky elements due to aging.
