Amoro de Vino Apéro Ibérico

Amoro de Vino is an Aperol-inspired fortified wine made in Rioja Alavesa.  The grapes come from old vines Viura growing in the Basque country.  Apéro Ibérico is macerated with a mix of local bitter herbs such as chinchona bark, gentian root, elderberry, rhubarb, citrus peels and botanicals.  Blood orange, bitter citrus and melon, orange and grapefruit, herbal and spicy.  Try it in a classic spritz, on the rocks or with tonic.
