Mosse Aperitivo Rose Vermouth

This delicious pink vermouth was made with a base of direct pressed Cabernet Franc  from the 2022 vintage and a grape eau de vie macerated with Sichuan pepper, cocoa nibs, star anise, grape Buckwheat, cinchona bark, citrus fruits, and wormwood leaves.

Only 1,200 bottles made. Perfect with Tonic or over ice. Try with a slice of grapefruit
