2024 Domaine de La Petite Soeur 'Plasma' Rose

A blend of roughly equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc from 55 year old vines. The Cabernet Sauvignon was direct pressed and the Sauvignon Blanc was added as whole bunches for eleven days. The wine was pressed to vats and bottled young, resulting in a light, bright, vibrant rosé that is heady with tropical fruits and flowers. One of our favorite roses this year.
