2023 Pleiades 'Feral Fieldblend' Cider

2023 Harvest of dry farmed apples, quince, and pears from multiple locations in Corralitos, Petaluma, and Sebastapol CA.

The juice was pressed and left on the skins of a blend of dry farmed and feral grape
varieties (Cab, Cab Sauv, Barbera, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay) from friends Smoke and Mirrors and Slow Dance Wines. Left to fully ferment on skins for two months, pressed and bottled with a small amount of fresh cider for a Pet-Nat style bottle conditioning since December 23rd, 2023.
