2022 Scintilla 'More Than White' Skin Contact Pinot Grigio

Scintilla is quickly running up the ranks of our favorite Aussie producers. The wines are clean, precise and razor sharp. This wine sees 60% of the fruit whole bunch direct pressed to terracotta eggs for primary fermentation and aging. The other 40% was de-stemmed to stainless tanks and open top fermented for 7 days.
