2022 Domaine des Grottes 'Ou est chardy?' Chardonnay

Direct pressed Chardonnay from the village of St Etienne des Ouillieres, south of Brouilly in Beaujolais. The vineyards Demeter certified Biodynamic, are treated as little as possible and when necessary Romain uses preparations from different plants. In the cellar there are no additions, no filtrations and no elevage; just short macerations. This wine is waxy and round with flavors of white pepper and dried herbs.
