2022 Domaine des Grottes 'Moins dix' Gamay

100% Old Vine Gamay with a 10 day carbonic maceration. The winery is located in the village of St Etienne des Ouillieres, south of Brouilly in Beaujolais. The vineyards Demeter certified Biodynamic, are treated as little as possible and when necessary Romain uses preparations from different plants. In the cellar there are no additions, no filtrations and no elevage; just short macerations. This wine has more weight than most of the domaines cuvees. Ripe red cherries, strawberries and warm spices dominate the wine.
