65% Organic herbal infusion and 35% grape & apple juice. Woodsy and aromatic aromas of juniper, pine and bay leaf balanced by a slight bitterness from gentian and yarrow.

A truly special beverage. The winery is located in the village of St Etienne des Ouillieres, south of Brouilly in Beaujolais. The vineyards Demeter certified Biodynamic, are treated as little as possible and when necessary Romain uses preparations from different plants. In the cellar there are no additions, no filtrations and no elevage; just short macerations.
