Birdscape Pink hails from the Burgenland region of Austria. Grapes come from a mixed plot with over 20 different varietals planted, predominantly Blaufränkisch and some white grapes too. Made using Christian's secret 'Pink Maceration Method' - hand-harvested grapes from 60-year-old vines, weeks of gentle maceration, then aged in large oak barrels. No sulphur, fining, or filtering.
