100% Grechetto from 20 to 45 year-old vines grown in Umbria. After hand-harvesting the grapes, the fruit is destemmed with one night of skin contact and no temperature control. Fermented in stainless steel and fiberglass with wild yeasts. Unfinfed, unfiltered and no additions.
