2023 Chateau Le Puy 'Rose-Marie' Rosé

A very serious, yet very fresh rose made from 100% Merlot. After pressing the juice is fermented in neutral barrel for 6-10 months. The rosé is then bottled without filtering and without sulfites. The nose is fresh and floral, with red fruit aromas alongside peonies and white flowers. Only 200 cases produced.
