Temescal Sun's Out Hazy IPA (4-pk)

Sun’s Out is an easy drinking, citrusy Hazy IPA brewed with Simcoe and Motueka.
Sun’s Out reaches way, way back in our beer catalog to 2017. We’ve made plenty of tweaks along the way, but the kernel - a refreshing, citrusy hazy IPA featuring Simcoe and Motueka - is still there. Motueka is limey, with some melon and the herbal NZ terroir. It’s lovely paired with our grapefruity Simcoe. Azacca and Amarillo make appearances in the kettle, layering in more citrusy orange. The ripe nectarine ester profile rounds out the aroma and compliments all the citrus. A simple grist of 2-row barley, flaked oats, and a little carahell creates a pillowy mouthfeel and just enough body to support the hops. The restrained bitterness keeps Sun’s Out extremely accessible, 6%.
